Lt Gen Marshall "Brad" WebbLt. Gen. Marshall B. "Brad" Webb

Lt. Gen. Marshall B. "Brad" Webb is the Commander of the Air Education and Training Command at Joint Base San Antonio–Randolph, Texas. He is responsible for the recruitment, training and education of Air Force personnel. His command includes Air Force Recruiting Service, 2nd Air Force, 19th  Air Force, 59th Medical Wing, 502d ABW, and Air University. The command operates more than 1,400 trainer, fighter and mobility aircraft, 24 wings, 11 bases and five geographically separated groups. AETC  trains more than 293,000 students per year with approximately 60,000 active duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel.

Dr. Wendy WalshDr. Wendy D. Walsh

Dr. Wendy D. Walsh is the Chief Learning Officer, at the Air Education and Training Command at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. She is responsible for providing leadership, support and technical direction to enable an Air Force culture of learning. Dr. Walsh connects learning professionals to collectively build, share, and sustain an accessible, meaningful continuum of learning for airman. Dr. Walsh has worked with academics, civil, and military government agencies, private industry and communities to create culturally relevant, effective educational experiences that are responsive to organizational needs.

Dr. Laura BarronDr. Laura Barron

Dr. Laura Barron (AETC/A3J, Force Development Competencies Division) is the primary developer of the MyVector Foundational Competency assessments. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University and has worked as an applied researcher within the Air Force for over a decade. Prior to joining AETC in 2019, she served as a personnel research psychologist and Chief of Strategic Research & Assessment at the Air Force Personnel Center.

Mr. Bradley Clark Mr. Bradley Clark

Mr. Clark is the Lead LMS Administrator for the Air Force Services Center/ AFSVC/SVXTS. He is a public school educator turned Air Force Training Specialist with eight years’ experience in public education as a teacher, athletic coach, and academic coach. He also has four years' as an Instructional Systems Designer and LMS Administrator with the Air Force Services Center.

Dr. Randy CoatsDr. Randy Coats

Dr. Coats,  Executive Director of Future Learning, Analysis, and Innovation at HQ AETC/A9, is a former USAF officer, with 12 active-duty assignments including multiple Air Operations Centers, the Joint Staff, 7 AF Chief of Staff, and Combat Command and Training Squadron commands. He holds a doctorate is in Strategy and Innovation, with research on the performance impact of organizational learning cultures.  Dr. Coats is an adjunct instructor for Air University and one of 12 International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified executive coaches in the Air Force coaching cadre (as of Sep 21).

Mr. John ErdmanMr. John Erdman

Mr. Erdman is a Training Specialist with the Air National Guard Readiness Center's TEC-University in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role he develops and delivers professional development, skills upgrade and instructor certification training to support the nation's Air National Guard units. Mr. Erdman is a veteran having served on active duty in the US Air Force and in the Air Force Reserve. His military experience includes teaching enlisted professional military education and serving as Director of Education of an  Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME) center. Mr. Erdman also has training experience in corporate, higher education, and not-for-profit settings. He holds undergraduate degrees in management and government, and a masters degree in education. 

Mr. Willie FletcherMr. Willie Fletcher

Mr. Fletcher,  Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency Sr Education Advisor, is an expert with professional knowledge of learning theory, psychology of learning, and education psychology including application of learning theories as it relates to systematic design, development, and validation of instructional programs to provide leadership, advice, and guidance throughout the AF/A1M and AFMAA FOA. He possesses advanced knowledge of industry-standard instructional design practices which includes application of principles and techniques used to design training programs, develop design strategy and models, and apply design methods to develop or improve instructional effectiveness. 

Ms. Annie GuetschowMs. Annie Guetschow 

Ms. Annie Guetschow is an Instructional System Specialist who works for Space Force as the Course Manager for GPS Operations Crew Training. She is a Motorola-certified greenbelt with 20+ years experience as an Instructional Designer (Space Force, Air Force, USDA, Navy, Nike, Christian Brothers University (CBU)) and as an Evaluation Specialist (Space Force, Navy, Motorola, USDA) including experience designing and facilitating training using various delivery modalities (classroom, online, blended) (Space Force, Air Force, CBU, Navy, Motorola USDA). 
 

Mr. Jerardo (Jerry) PerezMr. Jerardo (Jerry) Perez

Mr. Jerardo (Jerry) Perez currently serves as the branch chief for Force Development Experiences and Validation at HQ Air Education and Training Command.  The branch manages and maintains the Developmental Special Experience (DSE) Catalog.  DSEs are hands-on experiences outside of formal training which provide opportunities to gain or enhance competencies.  Similarly, the branch is also responsible for developing digital badges, which will document what an individual knows and can do.  Digital badges will be used for talent management, talent development, and transition management.

Jamal QaiyyimMr. Jamal Qaiyyim

Mr. Qaiyyim spent 23 years in the USAF as an Avionics Systems Specialist on Bomber, Tankers, and Fighters. He served as an instructor, Field Training Detachment Chief, and taught at the Post-Secondary level. As a Civil Servant in the Instructional Systems series, he has served as a curriculum developer, training development element chief, AETC Training Manager, and Training Pipeline Manager. He has worked for the Department of the Army, Department of Veteran Affairs and the Department of the Air Force. He currently works Force Development Foundational Competencies and was on the ground floor development of Air Forces' Foundational and Occupational Competencies. 

Capt. Philip A RamseyCaptain Philip A. Ramsey P.E.

Captain Philip Ramsey is an Air Force Civil Engineer Officer currently pursuing his PhD student at The Ohio State University in the Civil, Environmental, and Geodetic Engineering Department. He has served for three years as a Project Management Instructor at The Civil Engineer School at the Air Force Institute of Technology. Capt Ramsey also served in several project management roles at Joint Base Charleston, SC. 

Dr. Will ThalheimerDr. Will Thalheimer, PhD, MBA

Dr. Will Thalheimer is a world-renown speaker, writer, researcher, consultant focused on research-based best practices for learning design, learning evaluation, and presentation design. At TiER1 (TiER1Performance.com), he works with multi-capability teams helping organizations activate their business, operational, and learning strategies—through their people. TiER1’s mission is to help people do their best work, help make the world of work a better place for all people, and help organizations discover and operationalize their high-priority strategic goals. Prior to TiER1, Dr. Thalheimer founded and ran Work-Learning Research for 22 years, where his research reviews are still available. He also wrote the award-winning book Performance-Focused Learner Surveys (second edition 2022); created LTEM, the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model and the Presentation Science Workshop; and co-created The Learning Development Accelerator and the eLearning Manifesto

Captain Daniel TabbCaptain Danielle Tabb

Capt Danielle Tabb currently serves as a Project Management Instructor at The Civil Engineer School located at the Air Force Institute of Technology leading three project management classes and teaching in several others. Capt Tabb also served in several project management roles at Little Rock AFB, AR.
