Dr. Todd A. ForeDr. Todd A. Fore

Dr. Fore is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Civilian Personnel within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Manpower and Reserve Affairs and is responsible for the human resource life cycle affecting over 290,000 Army civilians. He leads a staff that sets the strategic direction, develops policy, allocates resources, and supervises all matters pertaining to Civilian Personnel Policy to sustain and position Army for the future. Dr. Fore provides direct oversight of compliance programs and leads civilian human resource data analytics. Additionally, he leads the strategic planning of enterprise talent management within career programs to deliberately create the Army’s future civilian leaders. 

Maj General James SearsMajor General James R. Sears Jr.

Maj. Gen. James R. Sears Jr. is the Deputy Commander, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. The command is responsible for the recruiting, training and education of Air and Space Force personnel and includes Air Force Recruiting Service, 19th Air Force, 2nd Air Force, the 59th Medical Wing and Air University. AETC operates more than 1,400 trainer, fighter and mobility aircraft, 24 wings, 11 bases and five geographically-separated groups. It governs approximately 60,000 active-duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel who train more than 293,000 students per year.

Dr. Wendy WalshDr. Wendy Walsh

Dr. Walsh is the Chief Learning Officer, at the Air Education and Training Command at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. She is responsible for providing leadership, support and technical direction to enable an Air Force culture of learning. Dr. Walsh connects learning professionals to collectively build, share, and sustain an accessible, meaningful continuum of learning for airman. Dr. Walsh has worked with academics, civil, and military government agencies, private industry and communities to create culturally relevant, effective educational experiences that are responsive to organizational needs.
