JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas – Chief Master Sgts. Erik Thompson and Stefan Blazier will host a Reddit ‘Ask Me Anything’ event to answer questions from Airmen about the recently released Enlisted Force Development Action Plan live beginning at 2 p.m. eastern time Feb. 22.

Thompson is Air Education and Training Command’s senior enlisted leader, while Blazier is the chief of enlisted force development at Headquarters Air Force A1D and is one of the Enlisted Force Development Action Plan project leads, will take questions for one hour.

With a goal to complete 28 force development objectives in the next two years, the plan and a soon to be released corresponding “Blueprint for Enlisted Force Development,” is aligned with the Air Force chief of staff’s action orders and is focused on investing in and empowering Airmen for the future fight.

“As an Air Force, we know providing a clear roadmap detailing the education and training needed to develop the Airmen required to fight and win our future wars is critical to our success,” Thompson said. “Today’s strategic environment demands we produce the highest quality Airmen with the best training and education possible. If you have a question about the enlisted force development plan, please ask us. We want to hear from you.”
